Group Programs
We offer a variety of support, processing and psychoeducation groups for our community. Some groups are facilitator led and focused on either psychoeducation or processing, while others are peer support groups meaning they have a facilitator however the style and structure of the group is dictated by the participants.

Online Mindfulness Group for Managing Stress
Join a supportive online drop-in group to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Each session offers guided mindfulness practices to help reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and cultivate self-compassion. No prior experience needed — just bring yourself as you are.
