About This Group:

This 4-week series offers a nurturing blend of restorative yoga, breathwork, and meditation, designed to support deep relaxation, healing, and self-discovery. Each session encourages slow, mindful movement, while guided breath practices and meditation help cultivate inner awareness and balance amidst stillness. Optional therapeutic touch is offered to enhance relaxation and promote well-being.

Whether you're seeking stress relief, improved relaxation, or a deeper connection to yourself, this series provides a supportive space to restore and rejuvenate both body and mind. Open to all bodies—no previous experience required.

Materials Needed

Materials to participate will be provided for in person groups, though you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and any items you need to make yourself comfortable. Assistance will be provided in setting up your area at the beginning of class.
