We’re partnering with Nicole D’Souza, MSW RSW of Lotus Strength and Wellness to bring Trauma Sensitive Yoga classes to our Centre! Trauma Sensitive Yoga, can be used alongside psychotherapy to assist individuals regain comfort in their bodies, counteract rumination, and improve self-regulation.
