About Tiina

I always knew I wanted to pursue a career in health and fitness. I grew up taking part in a variety of sports, including softball and track, and currently remain active in my downtime with taekwondo, downhill skiing, and cycling. Over the years I have seen a number of friends and family members injure themselves during various activities. Seeing them go through the rehabilitative process sparked an interest in me to learn more about the human body, and has ultimately led me to massage therapy.

  • I graduated from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2014 and have since then established my practice in midtown Toronto. I currently work as a Professor at Humber College in the massage therapy program, and I previously worked at Sutherland-Chan as an instructor. Prior to studying massage therapy, I received my B. Sc. with Specialized Honours in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University.

    My practice is focused on promoting wellness and active living with the goal of helping my patients maintain and improve in their overall health.
