About Savannah

Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Hi, I’m Savannah and I work with adults of all ages that want to process their trauma in a  safe, nonjudgemental, and compassionate way. I take a collaborative, trauma-informed,  culturally responsive, strength-based, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, and person-centered approach  to therapy to support you in recognizing the strengths you already have and help you feel  empowered within your everyday life. I will take an empathic and tailored approach to  working with you to develop stress management skills, set boundaries, and access energy  within yourself using evidence based approaches to support you in your healing, growth, and  navigating this challenging world.

I have worked in a community based setting in a casework capacity for 6+ years and have  learned that each person is the expert of their own life and experience. As a therapist my  goal is to help you towards your goals and discover ways to live life that are reflective of  what is meaningful to you. If you are at a stuck point, I want you to know that you are not  alone, and that I would be happy to work with you to develop coping strategies that work  within the context of your life and truly listen to your story. I will take a holistic and  integrative approach to working with you meeting you with empathy and compassion.
