About Natasha
My goal is to meet you where you are at and help you untangle the pieces of your life that feel stuck. I will work to cultivate a warm and compassionate space where you feel respected, supported, and heard. I also have a relaxed approach and people tend to connect with me quickly.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and an Expressive Arts Therapist (EXAT) with the Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association.
My approach to healing is multifaceted, and I have found great reward in integrating Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy with creative and mindfulness-based approaches.

Although the basis of our work will mainly be talk-therapy, I will help enlist your curiosity and creativity to explore ways to notice, express, process, and re-imagine narratives that no longer serve you. I also approach my work from a trauma and nervous-system informed perspective, meaning my approach is embodied, strength-based, anti-oppressive, and relational. Moreover, I hold the belief that you are the expert in your own life and possess the inner resources necessary to confront and navigate challenges.
