About Annie

Pronouns: She / Her

Hi, I’m Annie. I value a holistic, depth-oriented approach that honours the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. I support individuals who may be carrying the impact of trauma or painful experiences that continue to influence how they relate to themselves, others, and the world around them. Over time, these experiences can narrow our sense of self, leaving us feeling disconnected, caught in survival patterns, or dysregulated within our nervous system. Together, in a safe, open, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental space, we look beyond the surface of your concerns to better understand the deeper roots and patterns behind what you may be experiencing.

You do not have to carry these experiences alone. Through our work together, we make sense of what may have been silently held for so long through processing and integration. The impact of our experiences may not only shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, but can also be held within the body, showing up as tension, discomfort, or nervous system dysregulation. Part of our work may involve understanding how the body has held onto these experiences while supporting regulation, processing, and release. As these deeper layers are brought into awareness and integrated, meaningful and lasting shifts can begin to emerge. I am here to support you in expanding your sense of self beyond the ways past pain, experiences, and survival patterns may have shaped how you relate to yourself and the world around you.
